Field Enablement Manager, Product & Partner

Job Summary
Develop and execute data-driven enablement strategies that balance field product enablement and partner enablement within the GTM Enablement function. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing to create training aligned with core competencies and business goals. Maintain a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo and discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona/vertical enablement, and certifications. Ensure consistent positioning of Glean’s platform and AI capabilities across field teams and partners. Build content that supports product adoption and partner effectiveness, monitor enablement impact with data, and facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners. Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines, partnering across Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and other GTM teams to deliver impactful content and programs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of success building and scaling enablement programs for both direct field teams and/or partner ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools
- Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer journey mapping
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
- AI product or AI platform positioning experience (preferred)
- Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology experience (preferred)
