Job Summary
Field Enablement Manager focused on Product & Partner Enablement within GTM Enablement. Develop and execute a data-driven enablement strategy balancing field product enablement and partner enablement, and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing to create training aligned with core competencies and goals. Maintain and improve continuous learning programs covering product launches, demo/discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona/vertical enablement, and certifications. Ensure consistent positioning of Glean’s platform and AI capabilities across field teams and partners. Work with internal and partner-facing teams to develop content that supports product adoption and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, facilitate training sessions, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and other GTM functions to drive impactful content and programs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools
- Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer journey mapping
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
