Field Enablement Manager, Product & Partner

Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy balancing field product enablement and partner enablement, collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing to create training that aligns with core competencies and business goals. Maintain continuous learning covering product launches, demo/discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona/vertical enablement, and certifications. Ensure deep understanding and reinforcement of how Glean’s platform and AI capabilities are positioned across field teams and partners. Design content to support product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness; monitor and analyze enablement effectiveness; facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners; manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; partner with various GTM teams to deliver impactful content. About you: 8+ years in related roles, success in scaling enablement programs, AI product experience preferred, Command of the Message methodology preferred, Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, PM and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, CMS and enablement tools proficiency, knowledge of sales processes and customer journey mapping, data-driven decision making. Location: hybrid (4 days a week in Mountain View or San Francisco offices). Compensation: $165,000 - $187,000 annually, with potential variable compensation and benefits. AI-first mindset and privacy notice discussions are part of the process.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or related GTM roles within an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of success building and scaling enablement programs for direct field teams and/or partner ecosystems
- Strong preference for experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling technical and non-technical audiences on emerging AI capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer journey mapping
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
