Field Employee Development Trainer

Job Summary
Deliver training across multiple formats (on-site, webinars, small group, and 1:1) to field employees and leaders, coaching and reinforcing adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows. Travel to job sites to support onboarding, apprenticeship progression, and ongoing development; partner with foremen, superintendents, and project managers to identify development gaps and drive field-wide safety, career pathways, and productivity improvements. Serve as a hands-on teacher who can facilitate both virtual and on-site sessions, adapt content for multiple trades and field environments, and track individual progress toward competency goals.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated teaching, instructional, or training experience (CTE teacher, trade-school or technical instructor, or corporate trainer)
- Background in adult learning or instructional delivery
- Exposure to construction, skilled trades, or operations-based environments (preferred, not required)
- Experience supporting onboarding or apprenticeship-style programs (preferred)
- Comfort with technology, software training, and process documentation
- Familiarity with field safety standards and compliance requirements (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
