Job Summary
Conduct field electrical work across commercial construction, service troubleshooting, underground projects, and equipment installation. Perform diagnostics, repairs, retrofits, and emergency calls while reading plans, specs, and single-line diagrams. Execute tasks ranging from conduit and terminations to complex installations and controls, adapting to varying weather and active construction environments. Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic while possessing valid driver's license and appropriate hand tools. Required Qualifications
- Reliable attendance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to read and work from plans, specs, and single-line diagrams
- Working knowledge of the California Electrical Code
- Own hand tools appropriate to your level
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of field electrical work
Desired Qualifications
- Strong backgrounds in Commercial construction
- Strong backgrounds in Service and troubleshooting
- Experience across multiple project types
- California Electrician Certification (General Electrician or Residential Electrician)
- Completed or in-progress apprenticeship / trade school
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Class A or Class B commercial driver's license
- Equipment operation — skid steer, mini excavator, tractor, trencher
- Underground and site utility experience
- Fire/life safety, controls, or low-voltage experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
