Job Summary
Field-Driven Business Operator to lead execution across Asphalt, Aggregate, Trucking, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Safety. Hands-on leader responsible for safety, production, equipment reliability, quality, and customer service; builds accountability, develops supervisors/managers, implements systems and KPIs, and manages budgets/costs. Reports to CEO and coordinates between field operations, maintenance, dispatch, sales, and administration to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operation. Requires proven leadership in relevant industries, comfort with fieldwork and financials, ability to earn respect from field crews and administrative teams, and a focus on creating scalable systems and disciplined operations.
