Field Diesel Mechanic

Job Summary
Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems by traveling to customer job sites. Maintain service vehicles in a clean and professional manner while assisting in the training of lower-level technicians. Complete and timely electronic documentation of work orders and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid driver's license, 3-5 years of experience, and the ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- 3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs
