Job Summary
Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on customer-owned equipment using independent judgment. Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work orders daily while traveling to job sites for repairs. Upsell complex equipment to customers and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts. Own and maintain a service vehicle in a clean, professional manner. Complete all required documentation and adhere to safety-sensitive policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- 3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Knowledge of construction equipment
- Strong mechanical background knowledge of various engines
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs
- Superior customer service
- Teamwork
- Verbal/written communication skills
