Job Summary
Activate and assure telecommunications products and services in homes and businesses while working alongside a mentor for ongoing coaching. Provide on-the-ground support to customers across the community using technology to solve real-world problems. Participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned with corporate strategy. Complete a one-year full-time traineeship with nationally recognised qualification training, receiving vehicle, phone, and tablet support. Reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Physically fit for the role
- The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening
- Ability to undertake a police check
- Professional and polite communication
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Positive attitude and safety-first approach
- Be technically minded
- The expectation is to reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate
