Job Summary
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories in the EMEA region, ensuring timely execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services for Vertiv and legacy equipment. Drive team performance through KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery, foster strong customer relationships, and identify training needs for technical and soft skills development. Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage. Requires 25% time travel.
Required Qualifications
- Formal Engineering qualification in a related field
- Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
