Job Summary

As a Field Customer Support professional, you will act as the primary communications link between customers and various departments, handling inquiries and order management. This role requires effective communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, and bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other required programs
  • Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lb if necessary
  • Availability to work in a hybrid schedule, with presence at the Hialeah workshop 4 times per week
