Job Summary
Conduct scheduled physical inventories for existing customers, organize and label storage areas, and process incoming orders while up-selling where applicable. Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability; investigate product claims and complaints; and prepare regular activity, sales volume, and expense reports. Work closely with outside sales representatives to understand customer needs and prepare samples. Requires extensive travel within Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota. Base pay includes monthly commission and quarterly bonuses with tenure-based rewards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate's degree
- Minimum two years of related experience and/or training
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in office equipment and software (word processing, spreadsheets, database applications)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated region
