Job Summary
Field Customer Care Representative Trainee responsible for delivering prompt, courteous service to members and insureds via in-person, phone, and electronic channels; support County Farm Bureau activities and board-related duties; prepare for General Lines Property and Casualty licensing; collaborate with teammates; assist with membership applications and data updates; handle daily deposits and delinquent membership outreach; maintain confidentiality with sensitive information; report issues to CAAP Supervisor/Agency Manager; and perform other duties as assigned. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, ability to work in an office environment, and willingness to learn new skills. Works in-office at the Dalhart, TX location as a trainee.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Obtain and maintain General Lines Property and Casualty license within 45 days of employment
- Type at least 45 WPM with max 5% errors
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks independently or in a team
- Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
