Field CTO - US West

Technical advisor to customers during pre-sales, delivering executive-level thought leadership on DevSecOps, security, and compliance; build relationships with senior customer leaders (CISOs, CSOs, CTOs, security architects) and partner with marketing and product teams to develop content and drive awareness of the GitLab platform. Educate customers on value and enable successful deployment across complex environments, contributing to sales strategy, playbooks, enablement, and reusable technical content. Role spans field-facing guidance, cross-team collaboration, and broad awareness-building in enterprise contexts; operates in a fully remote, distributed, and asynchronous environment with the ability to coordinate across time zones.
