Job Summary
Clean up the site, load and unload materials weighing 50 lbs+, install property protection, and organize tools and materials. Provide assistance with sitework such as digging trenches, drive between job sites, and maintain job site security. Work safely, keep teammates safe, and proactively prioritize tasks in an organized fashion. Clearly communicate ideas and information while being inquisitive and resourceful. Ensure all people, tools, and materials remain secure and that work is performed as required.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in a dusty environment and on uneven terrain
- Ability to work in tight or high places (i.e., scaffolding and crawlspaces)
- Willingness to follow direction and perform work as required
- Basic understanding of job site organization and construction practices
- Some knowledge of safety and health procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction
- Basic carpentry tools (i.e., belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30' measuring tape, cordless drill and bit holder, gloves, hammer)
- Positive attitude, self-awareness, and care for others
