Job Summary
Monitor incoming service tickets via the Customer Care Management system, analyzing severity and urgency to assign work to field engineers based on skillset and proximity. Maintain real-time communication with engineers on progress and ETAs, providing first-line technical guidance and directing corrective action for delays. Validate completion reports for accuracy, update ticket logs, and forward validated outcomes to stakeholders including Billing, NOC, and Sales. Escalate recurring technical patterns and ensure all field activities adhere to safety standards and internal SLA criteria. This role supports nationwide ISP operations with a focus on optimizing field service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field
- 3 - 5 years experience in telecommunication field operations or similar ISP role
- Strong knowledge of RF, WLAN, LAN, and general networking principles
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure technical environment
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork orientation
- Proficient in documentation, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office tools
Desired Qualifications
- CCNA certification is an added advantage
