Job Summary
Coordinate daily field operations in Bengaluru by planning activities, managing enumerators, and conducting visits to urban and rural units. Monitor survey progress through dashboards, flag operational gaps, and troubleshoot challenges with stakeholders and the Field Operations team. Support participant tracking, onboarding, and logistics while ensuring adherence to study protocols and timelines. Manage multiple field activities simultaneously and communicate risks to project leads.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, survey implementation, social impact, research, or a related field
- Experience coordinating field teams, surveyors, community members, participants, or other field stakeholders
- Good understanding of day-to-day field operations, including planning, follow-ups, field visits, and troubleshooting
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and resolving operational challenges independently
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and timelines
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and maintaining survey trackers and dashboards
- Willingness to travel to both urban and rural field locations as required
- Good spoken and written English
- Attention to detail and ability to follow field protocols and maintain data quality
- Never been convicted by any court of law and/or never been subjected to any sanctions or inquiry or proceedings in relation to sexual harassment/abuse/misconduct
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SurveyCTO or other digital data-collection tools
- Knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi
