Job Summary
Conduct excavation, underground construction, civil work, electrical work, fiber work, concrete work, wireless communication tower erection, line and antenna installations, and microwave backhaul installations. Perform physical tasks requiring climbing, balancing, and manual dexterity while maintaining keen vision for close and distant tasks. Coordinate with industry professionals, tower owners, customers, and engineers to implement project plans and ensure documentation. Requires a high school diploma or GED, good driving record, and ability to work in various climates. Schedule includes weeklong outings with competitive pay of $19 to $25 DOE per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Good driving record
- Strong ability to work in various climates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs at a minimum
- Ability to work weeklong outings
- Physically and mental ability to climb various types of towers
- Good communication and organizational skills and ability to coordinate with other persons in the industry (Tower owners, customers, engineers, etc.)
