Job Summary
Field Construction Resource provides managerial oversight of construction projects for Skilled Nursing Facilities across Kansas, including developing scopes of work, leading bid processes, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budget and cost reporting. The role supports Facility Assets Management with the Maintenance Director, develops and implements long-range facility construction and maintenance plans, trains Life Safety Resources, conducts site evaluations, coordinates with vendors, architects, and contractors, and travels up to 90% of the time to manage multiple locations. Requires residence in Kansas and willingness to travel by car or plane.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Kansas
- 1+ years of experience in Construction or Facilities Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
- Frequent travel by car and/or plane is required
- Pre-employment criminal background screening required
