Field Construction Representative - FCR Tower

Job Summary
Oversee field-based telecom tower construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental regulations, and engineering standards. Responsibilities include civil site prep, material tracking and inventory, installation of concrete foundations, underground conduit, ground grid, and telecom electrical and antenna systems, shelters and racks; enforce terms with contractors; manage documentation and as-builts, coordinate project sequencing and QAQC; require travel and field presence; must have HS diploma/GED, OSHA 1926 familiarity, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Extensive background in civil construction including grading, soil stabilization, concrete, and land clearing
- Familiar with OSHA Standard 1926 - Safety and Health Regulations for Construction (1926 Subpart V)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient in standard construction practices and safe operation of construction equipment
- Able to travel for majority of the work
- Be in adequate physical condition to withstand outdoor work and wear PPE
- Must have valid driver’s license
