Field Construction Manager / Inspector, Generalist

Job Summary
Conduct field inspections across active construction sites to verify work meets design, specification, and quality standards for wind, solar, substation, and transmission projects. Document inspection findings, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve field issues and support commissioning, testing, and punch list activities. Perform duties with a strong degree of independent judgment under project leadership direction, including frequent travel between multiple active project sites.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
- 3 to 7 years of field construction, inspection, or quality assurance experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites
Desired Qualifications
- Experience across multiple generation types, such as wind, solar, substation, or general T&D
- NICET certification or equivalent QA/QC credential
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience supporting commissioning and testing activities
