Field Construction Assistant

Support daily field operations across active residential construction projects by working alongside Area and Field Construction Managers to keep jobs on schedule. Communicate with crews, suppliers, and builders to resolve issues, assist with quality control inspections and safety compliance, and manage material deliveries, shortages, and job site logistics. Track project progress from start to completion, help manage punch lists, warranty items, and final walkthroughs, and assist with material transportation when needed. This field-based role offers hands-on experience in residential construction with a clear path to Field Construction Manager, supported by training and mentorship from experienced leaders.
