Job Summary
Field Communications Specialist acts as the strategic link between headquarters and field operations, drafting, refining, and deploying field-facing updates, supporting field roundtables and enterprise-level field meetings, and developing tailored communications plans for field tests. Responsibilities include creating and editing field-facing communications (newsletter Brew, memos, updates, SOP summaries), translating operational updates into clear messages for field audiences (from brewers to AVPs), designing and deploying comprehensive communication plans for field tests, distributing communications via approved platforms, maintaining archives, updating resources, and collaborating with SMEs to prepare agendas and content for key field-facing meetings. Requires strong written/verbal communication, ability to simplify complex information, attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration. In-office four days a week in Tempe, AZ; Fridays optional remote. Compensation listed as $65,700 - DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or operational support roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to simplify complex information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience using digital communication platforms or content management tools preferred
