Field Collections

Field Collector at RNR Tire Express handles renewing customer agreements and collections, primarily via phone and computer, with occasional field activity such as picking up product and distributing door hangers. The role supports customers through renewals, handles expired accounts and references, and strives to meet weekly goals while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. Strong communication over the phone, multitasking, patience, and the ability to maintain relationships with customers are essential. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screen, and be able to work a flexible schedule in-office Monday through Friday and Saturdays as indicated; bilingual skills are a plus, and experience in sales, rental, account management, or collections is preferred. The office operates in Knoxville, TN with standard business hours.
