Field Collection Officer

Conduct field visits and phone calls to follow up on overdue clients, negotiating repayment plans and investigating business operations for accounts aged 90 to 360 days. Coordinate repossession activities for secured assets including vehicles and heavy equipment, initiate legal proceedings, and prepare recovery reports for management. Manage write-off clients over 360 days by securing property and updating collection status. Travel across 25 cities and provinces to ensure effective recovery efforts aligned with short-term and long-term strategies.
