Job Summary
Conduct in-field training with Stay At Home In Little Compton employees in client homes to ensure task compliance with RI DOH standards. Evaluate staff performance independently or in the absence of the RN Clinical Manager, while reviewing clients' ADLs and care notes. Educate new clients and staff on licensed duties, focusing on safe and efficient task execution. Maintain full-time CNA status while fulfilling recruitment obligations at job fairs. Work 35 regular hours weekly plus occasional on-call and 5–10 additional hours for field duties, including some weekends and overnight shifts.
