Job Summary
Field Clinical Trainer responsible for delivering clear and consistent clinical training for Allergan Aesthetics devices (e.g., CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, SkinMedica) across assigned US territories. Partners with sales leadership, AMI stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop a training path, drive clinical proficiency, and optimize program execution. Responsibilities include hands-on and virtual training, KPI reporting, onboarding new hires, coordinating with AMI Faculty, servicing large group programs, and ensuring compliance with FDA QSR/ISO13485. Requires travel up to 75% and strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of sales, medical device training, and/or clinical experience (Aesthetician, RN, provider, etc) preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes as applied to Allergan Aesthetics products
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI
- Ability to travel up to 75%; primarily domestic
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
