Job Summary
Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products while developing and leading training sessions in hospital environments. Identify therapy adoption opportunities by collaborating with regional account managers and communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures. Act as the clinical interface between the medical community and the company, providing education and support for complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis. Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features. Travel up to 80% of the time locally, regionally, and occasionally overnight, with night and weekend on-call rotations. Night/weekend on call per preplanned schedule. Base + commission: $130,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment
- Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
- Strong clinical acumen
- Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language with comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office with ability to develop presentation materials
- Travel up to 80% of the time – both locally and regionally, and occasionally overnight
- Night/weekend on call per preplanned scheduled
- Extensive sitting, standing, and speaking
- Light lifting to 10 pounds
- Must be open to a dynamic work environment which includes regular interaction with several different physician and hospital staff customers in several locations
- Must have desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate needs of others
- Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred
- Understanding of sales process is a plus
