Field Clinical Specialist II, TMTT (Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies) - based in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Field Clinical Specialist II supports procedures in hospitals, certifies centers and staff, educates physicians and hospital personnel on device handling and procedures, develops and updates training curricula, and provides ongoing clinical and technical education to ensure safe and effective use of Edwards Lifesciences products. Responsibilities include education and training one-on-one and in-service sessions, post-procedure follow-up, growth strategies within accounts, collaboration with Sales, validation of software/hardware updates in the field, and maintaining regulatory and product knowledge. Key skills include clinical/technical training, cardiovascular knowledge, device accountability, data handling, communication and relationship management, problem-solving, and the ability to operate MS Office and work within cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes patient outcomes, medical education, compliance with SOPs, and coordination with KOLs and proctors.
