Job Summary
Field Clinical Specialist role in Fort Myers, FL for Inari at Stryker. Responsibilities include hands-on training and education for physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting; leading in-service training; partnering with Account Managers to drive therapy adoption; and on-call clinical support outside standard hours. Requires an Associate degree in nursing or related clinical discipline (preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in cath lab or clinical environment; travel up to 80% locally and regionally; remote-work option with field-based responsibilities; strong cardiovascular knowledge and clinical acumen; sales-process understanding is a plus; proficient in MS Office and capable of developing presentation materials. Salary: $130K base with potential commissions/bonuses; benefits included. Remote work option available; majority travel and field-based activities; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment
- Understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
- Strong clinical acumen
- Understanding of sales process is a plus
- Travel up to 80% of the time – both locally and regionally, and occasionally overnight
- Night/weekend on call per preplanned scheduled
- Excellent command of the English language with comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office with ability to develop presentation materials
- Base/Draw + commission: $130K base salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits
- Travel Percentage: 70%
