Job Summary
Field Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology provides clinical, product, and technical support to physicians and EP lab staff in the safe and effective use of Boston Scientific technologies during medical procedures. Responsibilities include supporting clinical cases, delivering training, building relationships with healthcare professionals, assisting with capital equipment and catheter usage, and contributing to the development of the market within the assigned territory. Travel within the territory is required; the role emphasizes clinical education, troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and alignment with hospital teams to address clinical needs and patient care challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a clinical environment (e.g. operating room, cath lab, cardiology department) or in sales within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Knowledge of the Electrophysiology market is a strong plus
- Fluent Polish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships
- Flexible, proactive and results-oriented
