Job Summary
Field Clinical Specialist responsible for on-site clinical and technical support during LV leadless therapy procedures, delivering comprehensive training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, and building ongoing site partnerships with physicians and clinical teams. Responsibilities include procedural guidance, device troubleshooting, pre- and post-procedure planning, imaging/modalities guidance, and collecting feedback to inform product enhancements. Required travel up to ~80% to healthcare facilities and industry events; strong communication and presentation skills; familiarity with cardiac imaging, trans-septal techniques, and cardiac rhythm management; ability to develop physician champions and navigate complex account environments; valid driver’s license and ability to meet clinical credentialing requirements. Salary range: $120,000–$170,000 with potential bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus 11 years of relevant clinical support experience; or Associate degree plus 9 years of relevant clinical support experience; or Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant clinical support experience; or Advanced degree plus 5 years of relevant clinical support experience.
