Field Clinical Specialist CRM (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Conduct active support for CRM product implantations and follow-up examinations after onboarding. Serve as the primary contact for technical and product-related inquiries. Organize and execute customer training sessions and congress visits. Expand and maintain client relationships while supporting the sales team and study department. Facilitate information exchange between sales and customer service. Requires a degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent nursing training, strong communication skills, valid driver's license, and high mobility within the Vienna, Burgenland, and Lower Austria region. This role is part-time (30.8 hours).
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester/-pfleger mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Erste Berufserfahrung sowie fundiertes Fachwissen auf dem Gebiet der Medizintechnik
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Mobilitäts- und Reisetätigkeit (Führerschein vorhanden) mit Wohnsitz im genannten Gebiet
