Job Summary
Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products while developing and leading in-service education programs in hospital environments. Identify therapy adoption opportunities with regional account managers and communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures. Act as the clinical interface between the medical community and the company, building credible business relationships and providing support for complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis. Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features. This role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, with three years of medical device clinical experience and up to 80% travel. Base salary is $130K plus commission and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical
- Minimum of three (3) years; in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab
- Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
- Strong clinical acumen
- Understanding of sales process
- Travel up to 80% of time – both locally and regionally, and occasionally overnight
- Night/weekend on call per preplanned scheduled
- Extensive sitting, standing, and speaking
- Light lifting to 10 pounds
- Must be open to a dynamic work environment which includes regular interaction with several different physician and hospital staff customers in several locations
- Must have desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate needs of others
- Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems
- Excellent command of the English language with comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Comprehensive computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office with ability to develop presentation materials
- COVID-19 vaccination
