Job Summary
Field Clinical Specialist to travel within an assigned THV territory, clinically train physicians and staff on THV technology, and support implantation procedures. Responsibilities include valve crimping, case management, pre- and post-case planning, therapy awareness program management, and clinical education programs; develop sales and educational materials; plan growth within focused accounts; cultivate clinical champions; deliver training to physicians and staff to achieve expert proficiency in THV procedures; assist with device preparation, post-implant support, and complaint handling; collaborate with Territory Managers, proctor, and sales teams to expand THV therapy adoption. Requires travel 60-70%, nursing or related clinical background, strong communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous work capability, and flexibility to operate between technical and sales demands. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in nursing or related field or equivalent work experience per Edwards criteria
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related medical device THV/TVAR, Cath Lab or clinical experience in an acute care environment or equivalent work experience per Edwards criteria
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
