Job Summary
Field Clinical Representative in Interventional Cardiology based in Lima, Peru, combines in-field cath lab presence with account execution and business development. Responsible for driving commercial execution, providing clinical and operational support, and growing territory opportunities. Requires strong clinical knowledge in interventional cardiology, ability to work autonomously in the field, and to build relationships with key stakeholders while supporting product adoption and customer education. Tasks include achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities within accounts, coordinating training sessions and events, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring compliant execution of commercial and educational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields)
- Initial experience in medical devices, healthcare, or cath lab environments
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Interventional Cardiology procedures
- Experience in customer-facing roles (clinical support and/or sales)
- Ability to work autonomously in field environments
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
