Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Field Clinical Representative with a bachelor's degree and a strong background in clinical work and sales, particularly in cardiovascular Class III medical devices, to provide training and support for a new medical device product in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical work experience
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience in health care
- Cardiovascular training and industry experience with Class III medical devices
Desired Qualifications
- Prior account management experience with cardiovascular Class III medical devices
- Strong communication, organization, and writing skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Able to troubleshoot and think creatively under pressure
- Familiar with software databases such as Electronic Data Capture systems, CRM, MS office, Salesforce, Concur, or NetSuite
Additional Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Able to travel frequently outside of region as needed, with occasional overnight trips
- Must have flexibility to respond to emergent events within hours
