Job Summary
FIELD CLIENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR coordinates client-success operations for field navigators, drives a company van to restock supplies at healthcare facilities (40% of time), and creates/schedules sales orders while ensuring accurate reflection of field activities in the system. The role involves managing inventory for closet locations, coordinating with Navigators and management, handling paperwork (prescriptions, sleep studies, LMN), and maintaining site logs. Requires understanding Medicare/Medi-Cal guidelines, strong communication and relationship-building, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Brightree for inventory and order management. The position emphasizes independent work, multi-project management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year of Customer Service Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid and clean driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
