Job Summary
Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing execution across Southern Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and other southern territories). Build and optimize scalable regional programs to drive pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and elevate brand presence. Own regional marketing plans aligned to revenue priorities, translate campaigns to local programs, develop multi-touch programs (events, webinars, direct mail, roundtables, digital, social, ABM), support regional sales with campaign strategy and market insights, build partner marketing plans with resellers/distributors/MSSPs, drive MDF/co-marketing investments, launch partner-led demand generation, strengthen channel relationships, manage lead flow with SDRs and sales, monitor ROI and pipeline metrics, and deliver quarterly business reviews. Required experience includes 6+ years in B2B cybersecurity marketing, strong field+channel marketing and demand generation skills, ability to work in matrixed fast-growth environments, and proficiency with tools like SDFC, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, ZoomInfo, ON24. Compensation includes base EUR 90,000-125,000 annually (converted to USD here for annualized figures) plus equity; hybrid/remote options supported per role/location.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in B2B technology marketing
- Experience in field marketing + channel/partner marketing + demand generation
- Experience supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth
- Experience with indirect routes to market including VARs, distributors, alliances, and service providers
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish/Italian/Portuguese a plus
