Field Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice

Job Summary
Conduct personal care and light housekeeping tasks for hospice patients across homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and boats per the Interdisciplinary Team's plan of care. Assist skilled nursing staff by providing personal care training and support to caregivers. Complete the daily schedule of visits while maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, and skilled clinicians. Work well with the Interdisciplinary Team and cope with high stress levels related to terminally ill patients. Requires current Florida CNA certification, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a personal vehicle. Upload your resume here for recruiter review. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current/active Florida CNA certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Personal car in good working order
- Ability to work well with Interdisciplinary Team Members
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to cope with high stress levels related to terminally ill patients/families
- Flexibility with frequent changes to assignments/duties based on patient needs
