As a Field Care Supervisor, you will support and manage clients' care, ensuring personal, high-quality services. Responsibilities include creating and updating care plans, conducting assessments, supervising Care Professionals, and completing quality assurance visits to maintain compliance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a cheerful personality, planning and organizing skills, customer focus, communication and relationship management abilities, and strong care assessment skills. A commitment to delivering excellent care and flexibility are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving license
- Reliable vehicle
