Job Summary
Conduct client reviews, supervise care staff, and manage onboarding for ongoing client and staff operations including care assessments. Visit clients in the community to ensure safety, support, and satisfaction while maintaining accurate records aligned with CQC and company standards. Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety protocols across all service delivery. Participate in the on-call rota and support the operations team in ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance
- Experience in domiciliary care and providing personal care
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
- Compassionate, professional and organised approach
- Strong communication, literacy and record-keeping skills
- Computer literate, experience using Google Drive
- Enhanced DBS check
- Adult First check
- Satisfactory references
- Morning shifts from 7am
- Evening shifts until 10pm
- Alternate weekends
- Participation in the on call rota
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting care staff
- Knowledge of CQC standards
- Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
