Job Summary
Field Care Supervisor in Belfast responsible for supervising care workers in the community, conducting risk and needs assessments, coordinating rotas with Care Coordinators, on-site observation and training/shadowing, and performing administrative tasks as needed. Role is full-time (9am–5pm) with on-call element; requires driving licence and own transport. Works primarily in the community with some office-based duties.
