Job Summary
Field Care Supervisor role based in Carmarthen involves supervising care teams to help people stay independent at home, ensuring personal care is delivered with dignity and respect, promoting companionship through team guidance, and overseeing medication, mobility, and mealtimes. You will lead and mentor a local team, assess and support care delivery, conduct spot checks and reviews, and contribute to ongoing training and development. The position offers full-time or part-time shifts, driving is required with a UK driving licence, and a DBS check is provided. Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence required
