Job Summary
Field Care Supervisor role based in Belfast, leading in-person community-based care delivery across domiciliary services. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring Care Assistants, shadowing new starters, conducting needs and risk assessments, supporting rota planning with Care Coordinators, participating in multi-disciplinary reviews, and maintaining accurate records. Requires hands-on care alongside supervision, a compassionate approach, reliability, and the ability to work with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Local travel with paid mileage; full UK driving licence and own vehicle required. Position is contract-based with full-time hours and some on-call/weekend duties.
