Job Summary
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to speak with residents about upcoming full fibre construction projects. Run questionnaires on an iPad, explain leaflets, and answer inquiries while collecting contact details for those interested in project updates or service launch dates. Full training is provided, and the role includes clothing and supporting kit. Schedule runs Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm, with Saturday availability once settled.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using technology, such as iPads
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work 11am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, with the option of Saturdays once settled
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
