Job Summary
Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up and exceed established quotas. Identify, schedule, and plan route calendars for a team of Field Canvassers in assigned territories, including evenings and weekends. Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer leads while tracking metrics to evaluate performance and ROI. Recruit, hire, train, and develop Field Canvassers, ensuring compliance with local permit requirements and ordinances. Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence within the local market. Work outside in varying climates and temperatures, managing multiple stakeholders to meet demanding field goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for direct-to-consumer industry.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing, canvassing, and/or event staff.
- Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for canvassing and direct to consumer field marketing.
- Ability to work outside in varying climates.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without 'dropping the ball'.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a 'roll up your sleeves' and 'win every day' mentality.
- Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
- Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.

- Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
- Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Local travel required.
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous door-to-door canvassing experience.
- Home improvement knowledge and/or experience.
