Job Summary
Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for representative follow-up and exceed established quotas. Identify, schedule, and plan route calendars for a team of Field Canvassers, including evenings and weekends, while managing permit requirements to ensure local ordinance compliance. Recruit, hire, train, and develop Field Canvassers, creating accountability through marketing goals and KPIs. Collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence in pre-selected high-probability neighborhoods and track lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI. Requires 2+ years of management experience in direct-to-consumer field canvassing, ability to work outside in varying climates, and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for direct-to-consumer industry.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing, canvassing, and/or event staff.
- Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for canvassing and direct to consumer field marketing.
- Ability to work outside in varying climates.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without 'dropping the ball'.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a 'roll up your sleeves' and 'win every day' mentality.
- Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
- Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.

- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Local travel required.
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous door-to-door canvassing experience.
- Home improvement knowledge and/or experience.
