Job Summary
Oversee daily canvassing operations and supervise a field team of canvassers. Coordinate transportation and staff to designated field locations, maintain routes and activity records, ensure vehicle safety, and support canvassers in meeting outreach goals. Report to the Director of Canvassing; maintain policy compliance and foster a positive, performance-driven culture. Lead recruiting efforts in the field, manage schedules, and ensure company vehicles and insurance requirements are met. Drive the team to achieve demos and HPD targets with strong coaching and development to hit goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in team management
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with local geography
- Prior canvassing experience (highly preferred)
