Job Summary
Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces to introduce remodeling services and special offers. Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations without requiring sales pressure. Represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry while using this experience as a stepping-stone into management or furthering your sales career. Work afternoons and weekends during 10am–6pm shifts from Wednesday through Sunday, standing and walking for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends
- Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
